Incidents/Tasks/Requests etc etc closed by an Assignment group

Hi,

I'm looking to create a report every month of all forms of tickets that have been resolved by my Team. Does anyone have such a report that they can share or advise what Table I would need to use to get my report.

I think what you're experiencing here is the resolved/closed differential.   The active is true would pertain to tickets in a resolved state as they don't become inactive until they actually close.   You could but an or in there to cover resolved on this month as well to capture any incidents you feel you may be missing.   Another note, that if you're doing closed on this month it may be giving you "bad" information depending on how long your tickets stay in a resolved state until they go to closed.   For us it's 7 days so when I report on this sort of thing I always use resolved on as opposed to closed.


You have put the filters in such a way, that will satisfy your requirement and also there are good out of box reports also.


There seems to be an out of box report with the name - All Incidents Closed By (My Groups)

What kind of results do you see if you use the following query?     It's one we use but the assignment group is dynamic to the logged in users group as we use it as a gauge for homepages.

Your report seems to pull the data required but the figures I get back seem quite low ? Thanks for your assistance.


How low?   Like you're missing a ton of records?   How about a side by side but the other report you do a created on this month to see what kind of records are coming in?
