Hi all,
We are running Istanbul and it looks like we have a hard limit of 10,000 rows for Excel. I found a setting in the ServiceNow console under System Properties --> Import Export with a Save button but I cannot change anything even with a priviledged account. The default value is 10,000 for .xlsx files but it looks like there is no way to edit this number. Need to know what I am doing wrong. There is just a Save button which tells me there must be some way to change these values.
Thanks

You can also try doing it form System Properties->Import Export

OK, I think I figured it out. All I had to do was add in a new value under current value and save it. First time I ever looked at this screen. I was trying to figure out why I could not edit the Default Value. I was not aware you can type a value in the current value box and just hit save. I attached a screen shot.

Hello Sanjiv,
Do wee need to capture this list change in an update set to move to prod instance? Does the update set capture such change?

Yes. It does. Because it is a sys_properties record. All system properties are also captured in update sets
