Integration -Attachment API

I'm currently looking into integrations and want to explore Scripted REST API. Did anyone have input on this 

Also I want to explore the Attachment API 

'Did anyone have any documents and real time work item to work on PDI? . If so kindly share it and it would be very helpful for me
