Invalid attempt to run privately scoped workflow 'Knowledge - Approval Publish'

Hi Experts,

 

While publishing my knowledge article it is showing this error "Invalid attempt to run privately scoped workflow 'Knowledge - Approval Publish' ". I have even tried by changing the Application Scope to the one which this workflow is placed in, Still i am not able publish the article. Can anyone suggest me any solution for this?

I have see the KB as mentioned below, but checking the wf_workflow record it is all good. I did export, replace the line and reimport just incase - still now

The "Knowledge - Approval Publish" is fine for me, it is just the "Knowledge - Approval Retire" that is causing a problem.  checked it and the wf_workflow_versions  and see nothing untowards in any
