Is drag-and-drop reordering possible in ServiceNow Mobile Agent launcher section?

Hi all,
I’m working with the ServiceNow Mobile Agent app (ITSM) and I’m looking into list personalization options for agents on the "my work -> my incident" screen.
Use case:
Agents would like to manually prioritize their “Assigned to me” incidents in the Mobile app by reordering the list themselves (for example via drag & drop). The idea is that:
- Each agent can define their own order
- The order is personal (per user)
- It persists across sessions
- It only affects the mobile app (not the record data itself)
When using input form screens I saw the input type: "Ranking" which is the exact function I would like for the " my incident" section.
