Is it possible to schedule the catalog tasks under the request item for execution?

It would be great if the catalog tasks under the request item could be scheduled for execution, just like the Planned Start date in a Change Task.

Yes , you can schedule catalog tasks under a request item for execution, though not purely declaratively out of the box, and the common approach is to use a Scheduled Job (or scheduled Flow) that checks for RITM whose tasks are ready to run, then triggers or moves those tasks into execution when the scheduled time arrives....
