Is it possible to use Rotational functional account for an integration?

We have a integration with Infoblox is not working currently and giving credentials error. And on checking, we found that a functional user account was not synced to okta so we tried to sync it but still same issue.

We have also figured that this is the rotational account and the password keeps changing. 

So, is it possible to use such account for an integration?

Hello @VishakhaShi 

 

Is your functional account connected to active directory ? Have you logged in using your functional account to the third party site? Have you changed the first password ?

 

We were similar issues and actually it was password reset thing.

Yes, its connected to AD. We tried resetting the password, but it's still giving the same issue.
