Is it possible to view emails sent from the Major Incident Management workbench?

When sending comms using the Major Incident Management workbench, is it possible to view on ServiceNow the email communication that has just been sent?

Hve you tried the email log?

Sadly unless you're an administrator you can't see that list. I'm thinking more for non admin users - sorry

just to be sure, did you already follow the procedure described below?

If yes, then you can use activity logs of incident to check email sent

Hi Sachin - I have followed the procedure in the documentation link that you provided and although I can see that an email was sent I can't view the body of the email. When I select 'view activity' it just shows an entry saying that the communication task is 'completed' was 'open'. We need to be able to view the body of the email that was sent.
