Hi Sunil,
There is not particular bandwidth allocated to any single customer. There a load balancers which are deployed to take care of the performance and traffic for every instance.
For security purpose, since it is a public cloud so, it is somewhat less secure but you can use the webservices to get the data from your own database rather than storing your key data on cloud.
Moreover, Servicenow uses HTTPS protocol to make it furthur secure.
Thanks and Regards,

Hi Sunil,
It is a public cloud.
So, your data is stored in the provider's data center and the provider is responsible for the management and maintenance of the data center. This type of cloud environment is appealing to many companies because it reduces lead times in testing and deploying new products.
Thanks and Regards,

Hi Vikas,
If it is Public Cloud, how is the security and bandwidth managed, Is there are any dedicated bandwidth to the single customer?
Also how is the security maintained, I mean how does it keeps it secure, is there any documentation for the same?
