Is the Service Operation Workspace part of ITSM or ITSM pro?

As per title, do you need ITSM Pro to have the Service Operation Workspace?

As of the San Diego and June Store release of SOW, "Site Reliability Operations" would not be part of this conversation yet.

You are are correct that SOW addresses both the ITSM and ITOM solutions at any level - Standard, Pro and Enterprise.   What will change is the availability and functionality that leverages AI or ML.

A similar question.   We are not using ITOM.  Can we use the "Service Operations Workspace" just for our ITSM duties (mainly incident management, etc).

Service Operations Workspace core is Platform but what licenses you have will determine what you will see because you should download ITSM/ITOM/Request Management applications from the store.
