Is there a cost for approvals in request table?

I'm just getting started with using the request table.  I just wanted to know is there an additional cost with the approvals from the request table?  Do I need approver licenses to use?

yes. you need approver licenses (approver_user role) for people who are being assigned the approval. If the people being assigned an approval already have a license (itil) then approver_user role would be included with that.
