Is there a limit for members of a group who will get a notification?

Hi guys!

 

I just want to ask, if there's a limit for number of users who will get the email notification for the group?

 

We have this group with 25 members, however, when we checked the email logs, only 20 users are getting the email notification. We checked those users that are not getting the notification, their accounts are active. They have the correct email account. The notification is enable on their profile so we don't understand why they're excluded from receiving the notification

Hi Madhan, user is no longer receiving any email notification from ServiceNow. I can confirm that her email is correct and active.

Verify and confirm that all users are having the correct email preferences set and temail addresses are correct.
