Hi Arpit,
Yes, we have a question dependency functionality in Survey.
Navigate to > Survey > View Survey > Suppose select "Customer Satisfaction Survey" > Go to Related List > Metric Categories > Customer Satisfaction Survey > Go to "Assessment Metrics" > Suppose to open any metric "Please rate the overall quality of your service" > In "Depends on" field select your metric as per the requirement.
Please let me know if you have any question.
Thanks,
Priyanka

Hi Priyanka,
Thanks for your response.Above option is unfortunately not working when we are making multiple questions dependent on single question.
Any suggestion ?

Hi Arpit,
Please help me to understand correct requirement.
Is your requirement like that, If you select 1 question then multiple questions should be poped-up.
Thanks,
Priyanka

Hi Priyanka
Thanks for your response. My requirement is as below :
> Depending on question if answer is YES then optional text box should pop in
> If answer is NO then in additional to multiple choice, once more questionnaire as Scale should come.
These 2 values are not coming when answer is selected as NO.
Hope it clarifies.
