i'M LOOKING FOR A TEMPLATE TO START WITH SO THAT i CAN THEN CUSTOMIZE IT BASED ON OUR EXISTING CONFIGURATIONS. ANY STANDARD OR SAMPLE PLAN WOULD HELP TO BREAK THE ICE. AS I'M NOT SURE HOW TO START OFF AND MAY LOSE OUT ON SOMETHING THAT MAY NOT FULFILL THE INTENT OF USER ACCEPTANCE TESTING

Hi @Deepshikha Luth ,
I am pretty sure, you would have figured out a way after you posted this question. But this is for anyone who might drop here while searching for same. Well, today I was in same boat searching for a ServiceNow guide to perform UAT. I found this asset, do check out its really helpful in at least kickstarting the UAT.
For a general understanding of UAT(like from scratch), check this page.

Greetings!
Your question is not clear, but as you mentioned that you are looking for a test plan, I will use the out-of-the-box (OOTB) test cases for Incident Management, follow them, and then make the necessary changes.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
