Is there an available out of the box user acceptance test plan template for testing the workflows within incident management module? or A sample

i'M LOOKING FOR A TEMPLATE  TO START WITH SO THAT i CAN THEN CUSTOMIZE IT BASED ON OUR EXISTING CONFIGURATIONS. ANY STANDARD OR SAMPLE PLAN WOULD HELP TO BREAK THE ICE. AS I'M NOT SURE HOW TO START OFF AND MAY LOSE OUT ON SOMETHING  THAT MAY NOT FULFILL THE INTENT OF USER ACCEPTANCE TESTING
