Issue logging into ServiceNow using Chrome Browser

I am having an occasional problem when logging into our production instance using Chrome.   We have ADFS configured for SAML so we have single sign on.   Every so often several IT users are being prompted for their username and password.   I try in dev which has an identical setup and I am not getting prompted.   If we clear our cache in Chrome, SSO begins to work again.   Today I have the same issue even though I cleared my cache yesterday.   I am able to log in inputting my username and password.   This issue does not happen to us when using Internet Explorer.   Anyone experience this as well?

Check to see if you are using Extended Protection with your Windows authentication.   If so then Chrome will not work.   We have that issue so we can only use IE and Firefox to perform SSO.   Read the following Microsoft article below for additional information.

Integrated Windows Authentication with Extended Protection

I wish Chrome would address this.

Regarding this issue in Chrome it appears they fixed it recently.   We have been able to perform Single Sign On with Chrome now and it works great.   Here is a thread I found talking about the error and then the fix to resolve it.

Yes   there was an issue previously with the Chromium project.   It has been a known issue for a long time, and Google just fixed it relatively recently.   We had the issue at our business, but has been resolved for the past month.
