Issue on Dynatrace integration

Hi,

Has anyone ever done integration with dynatrace application? I've an issue connection.

I've done integration following this guide : https://www.dynatrace.com/support/help/setup-and-configuration/integrations/third-party-integrations/problem-notification-systems/servicenow-integration/#automatic-configuration-check

When I try to test connection i've this problem :

My istance is on Madrid version. I can't find appservice script include indicated on point 3. Maybe is these the cause of issue?

Has anyone already done that?

Hi GianluNow,

We've recently got a the integration setup for automatic incident creation from Dynatrace.

On the serviceNow store there is an installation guide 

From memory in we needed to do the following:

In ServiceNow

1. create a user with the role 'x_dyna_ruxit.Integration'

2. Create a new record in the environment (x_dynat_ruxit_environments) table including our Dynatrace Environment URL and the API Token we created in Dynatrace.

In Dynatrace

under Settings > Integration > Problem Notification include the ServiceNow instance URL the username and password of the user you created with the dynatrace role.  We just have the 'Send incidents into ServiceNow ITSM' turned on and select the alerting profile to be used from Dynatrace.  

We then tried the 'send test notification'.  This gave us some more useful error message when we had missed any of the above.

Are you trying to create Incident or Event?

Check your URL, Username and password and access to this user.

I think that credentials are correct. I've tried to do the configuration on dynatrace , and it goes successful

But if I try to go un support tab on dynatrace servicenow module I see this configuraton error:

Unfortunately there is no ohter details about this error. Environmento URL and API are correct.

I've follow this steps to do the integration:

I need to create Event. And I can notice event from dynatrace on my istance. But the error is still present.
