Issue Type ID not populating

B Ashok
Tera Guru

Hello,

I’m working on a bi-directional integration between JIRA and ServiceNow.

I have successfully created the Credentials and Connections. However, when I create a flow in my Office instance, the Project ID is populated, but the Issue Type ID is not appearing.

Interestingly, using the same credentials, the Issue Type ID is populated correctly in my PDI.

Could you please help me understand what might be causing this difference?

Thanks in advance for your support!

Hi @B Ashok

Are both instances on the same patch version and the same plugin version?

@B Ashok

did you compare the "Create Issue" flow action in both the instances?

seems the Issue Type ID is dependent on Project ID and it will be brought in based on Project ID in Jira
