Issue Type ID not populating

Hello, 

 

I’m working on a bi-directional integration between JIRA and ServiceNow.

 

I have successfully created the Credentials and Connections. However, when I create a flow in my Office instance, the Project ID is populated, but the Issue Type ID is not appearing.

 

Interestingly, using the same credentials, the Issue Type ID is populated correctly in my PDI.

 

Could you please help me understand what might be causing this difference?

Create issue flow action has one step. I just selected create issue and selected , then after Project ID populated, but not issue ID, I'm wondering why ☹️

seems the connection is not able to bring Issue ID associated to that Project ID and hence it's empty

I am also facing same issue that Project ID is showing but Issue Type ID is not showing up and throwing same msg as above.

My connection is ok I tested that. Anything else you can assist me with.

Updating the flow designer to the latest version will fix this, hopefully.
