Issue when Submitting Public Catalog Item

Hi All,
I have cloned "Buy Item" Scripted API to allow unauthenticated users to submit a specific catalog. The Request is generated successfully, but the variable values are blank. Do we need to clone any other API for public variables to be copied to RITM.

Please share what script you used and steps you followed such as cloning etc.
Also ensure the variables are marked as public but there are some exceptions (reference, list collector)

is that a record producer or catalog item?

Unauthenticated users cannot submit catalog items on Service Portal
