Hello Community,
I am working on a Flow Designer logic that triggers from a service catalog item. I’ve configured it to use the “Get Variable Out” action to retrieve all associated variables for the catalog item. Based on certain validations, if the logic evaluates to "yes" for one of the variables, the flow requests an approval (AG1) and waits for it.
Once the approval is granted, the flow checks additional validations on the form. If this evaluation is also "yes," it then requests a second approval (AG2) from a different team.
However, I’ve encountered an issue in the request item (RITM) approval tab: both the users from the first approval (AG1) and the second approval group (AG2) are displayed as "requested." Ideally, once AG1 has approved, their users should no longer appear in the requested state; only the AG2 users should remain in that state.
Has anyone else experienced this issue, or can anyone suggest a solution? Your insights would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you!

Looks it's working after updated the logic to approved or rejected
