Issue with reports.

Hi ServiceNow Experts,

I need help, I am facing a issue with reports were we have a field called " Business Unit ", when we pull this field to report it showing empty and when we double click on it is showing data.

Hi Rajasekar,

Fields are non-editable when reported on from Reporting module. I believe you are referring to list view or so.

Is the same value shown for all records which are empty? If so, can you check for default value once.

Rights will not work here, the list view is something , which show the records in row and column format. If your records don't have any value for that particular field it will not show any value.

 

It is as simple, you are searching for a contact  number in your phone but in first place you did not store it in phone so it will not show.

 

Do one thing,

 

Open any record and fill the value of Business Unit and then check on list view.

What does the field show in form view?
