Hi @rajasekar reddy,
Are there any client scripts and Ui Policies attached to the catalog item?

Hi @Peter Bodelier
We do, coming to Client scripts there are 4, but those are not more than 10 lines in each script.
but UI policies are 4 in there is 30 catalog ui policy actions are there.

Even a script with 1 line could break things 😉
Try turning them all off. (Client scripts and UI Policies)
Is the load time better?
Then start activating one by one, to identify where the issue is.

Check point mentioned by Peter.
Is the load time higher for few users or for all users?
Did you identify some pattern etc?
