It is related to SOW tabs

Hi Team

I have a request where a user is not able to see the SOW Detail tab data, but other tabs data is visible to him except Details tab which contain incident no., caller , caller id and all etc. 
He has the ITIL role and I also check the syrule_view_workspace_list.do table but  I think it is not related to view . all is fine in the table . 

So can anyone suggest me what to do, what settings or configuration should check and any solution . so please share with me .

Thankyou for your solution, I gone through it and open the record in "private mode" and also try edge and micro-soft chrome but still not getting the record. it is still not showing .
