Hi @Anoja ,
- From the All menu, navigate to sys_ux_app_route.list.
- From the UX App Routes list, select the tab record that you want to modify.
- To modify the order of a common tab. For example, the Details tab, select Record Details Tab. Any changes that you make are applicable to the Details tab in all associated record pages in multiple workspaces.
- To modify the order of a record page-specific tab. For example, the Overview tab of the incident record page in Service Operations Workspace, select Overview whose App Configuration is Service Operations Workspace and Parent macroponent is Record Page Tabs. Any changes made are applicable only to the Overview tab of the incident record page in Service Operations Workspace.
- On the UX App Route form, modify the Order field. If the UX App Route form doesn’t contain the Order field, add the Order field to the form. For more information about adding a field to the form, see Show or hide fields on a form.
- Select Update.

Hi @Anoja
I have just checked in my Instance, and I have opened one of the records, Details and Related Records sections are available. Please find below screenshot for the same.
If the tabs are not available for you, Please use below bullet points:
-> From the All menu, navigate to sys_ux_app_route.list.
-> From the UX App Routes list, select the tab record that you want to modify.
-> To modify the order of a common tab. For example, in the Details tab, select the Record Details Tab. Any changes that you make are applicable to the Details tab in all associated record pages in multiple workspaces.
-> To modify the order of a record page-specific tab. For example, in the Overview tab of the incident record page in Service Operations Workspace, select Overview whose App Configuration is Service Operations Workspace and Parent macro ponent is Record Page Tabs. Any changes made are applicable only to the Overview tab of the incident record page in the Service Operations Workspace.
-> On the UX App Route form, modify the Order field. If the UX App Route form doesn’t contain the Order field, add the Order field to the form. For more information about adding a field to the form, see Show or hide fields on a form.
Thanks,
Harish Kota

OK I tried these steps but must be missing something because nothing changed.
I am trying to modify the order of the tabs for Incidents in Service Operations Workspace. Right now it goes "overview, Investigation, Details, Related records" What they want is what it looked like in Agent workspace with Details being the first tab.
Here is where I went but couldn't see the tabs to change the order:
Thanks

you will see it in list view
some entries are restricted like "Details" tab so you you have to play with the order of other tabs like Investigation, Overview and Related records assigning a higher value to them
hope it helps!
