ITSM Implementation Simulator - Task 19 - Change Manager Assessment - Normal Change

Hello friends,

I am running the training course ITSM Implementation Simulator and I can't get past task 19, there is something I am missing and it's driving me nuts. Can someone please help me through this step-by-step? I have tried everything, it seems. The task builds on making alterations to the OOB workflow named Change Request - Normal as described below:

All normal change requests should be sent to the Change Management group before they are sent for technical review and assessment.

1. Update the existing "Change Request - Normal" workflow:

  a) Add a new Approval activity for Change Management, name it: "Initial Review"

  b) If that activity is approved, the next activity should be the existing approval activity called: "Technical approvals"

  c) If it is rejected, a notification activity called: "Rejection Notification" should be sent

Hint: You will need to create these activities and add them to the workflow.

Hi Tommy,

1.Create a new approval group activity and names as "Initial Review" and give assignment group as change management. connect this approval activity approved to  "Technical approvals" 

2.If it is rejected, connect to a notification activity called: "Rejection Notification"
