ITSM Mobile Agent Widgets Are Not Loading Data

Hello Everyone, Our organization is currently running into an issue where various widgets on the Agent app are not displaying data correctly. Here is the list of widgets that are not loading data:

  • Breached incidents (on the My team tab)
  • Incidents at risk (on the My team tab)
  • Unassigned incidents (on the My team tab)
  • My team's weekly opened incidets (visualization I have created on a custom "My reports" tab)

All of these widgets are able to be tapped on, but when navigating to the list view of records that should fit the certain criteria, I receive a message that states "No items at this time". 

 

Would anyone be able to assist with this problem? Here is the troubleshooting steps that I have taken so far:

  • Compared the widgets in our organization's instance vs. a Personal Developer Instance (we are on the Zurich release)
  • Recreated the visualizations/widgets from scratch
