I remember someone telling me once that ServiceNow provides ITSM Workshop slide deck to help explain to a customer and provide a small walk through of each module after a new release. I am looking for details to include Incident Module, Problem Mang, Change & Release, etc.

Thank you, but is there a slide deck to walk through each module and explain the capabilities of them within the ITSM product?

Hi
unfortunately, it is not really what are you looking for.
ServiceNow provides tons of material in different locations. If you are a partner then you have access to all the sales presentations you need at Partner Portal, Highspot and NowLearnin.
If not you could
- have a look on the Product Page for ITSM (https://www.servicenow.com/products/itsm.html),
- go to the Resource Center (https://www.servicenow.com/resources.html#start=0),
- the Customer Success Center (https://www.servicenow.com/success.html) or
- NowCreate (now learning.servicenow com/nowcreate)
If you only want to know what was new with the Quebec release then I recommend the following PDF: https://www.servicenow.com/content/dam/servicenow-assets/public/en-us/doc-type/success/upgrade/quebe...
ITSM starts at Slide 19
Kind regards
Maik
