"Given that a change request has no value in the "Assigned To" field,
When the planned start date is 24 business hours away,
Then an automatic email will be sent to the supervisor of the assigned group". Can you please help me on my requirement?

Hi @Narmadha PR ,

 

You can configure this in your flow like below.

To calculate the 24 business hour you need to select a schedule which has time defined with weekend along with excluded holiday.

You may need to create this schedule.

Create notification to trigger it from flow.

Thanks for your help. The solution worked. But may I know what you've mentioned in the "Run Trigger" field in the trigger of the flow.
