Jira Spoke: Project key & issue type are missing in spoke

Hi Team,

I am using jira spoke to create issues in Jira tool. I noticed that project key and issue type both are drop down options but there are no values. From where these are populated?

When I load flow it gives following error: "a dynamic action error occurred."

Hi @ashwanikumar

These would be populated with the REST API.

I'm working as a pre-sales engineer with Exalate.

May I suggest you have a look at our decentralized solution please; it has the capability to syncronize all entity types between SNOW and Jira.

Exalate is easy and straightforward to set-up and you can control exactly which data you want to send and/or receive.

If you would like to see a customized demo of the product, please book a slot.

Cheers

Were you able to solve this issue...in stead of using the spam below?

I was able to get the project ID by using the Look up Project action first. However, this is only good if you are using a specific project. I am trying to track down how to get the issue type ID

OK I have the fix. Once you follow the connection documentation for setting up the spoke, create a flow and add the Create issue action. Then save the flow. Next open the Create issue action as it takes some time to refresh the list from the integration. You should have a list of projects. In addition, once you select the project, the list of issue types will appear based on the selected project.
