Hi Team,
I am using jira spoke to create issues in Jira tool. I noticed that project key and issue type both are drop down options but there are no values. From where these are populated?
When I load flow it gives following error: "a dynamic action error occurred."

The project key and issue type drop-down options in the Jira spoke for ServiceNow should be populated automatically based on the Jira instance that you have configured the spoke to connect to.
Make sure that you have correctly configured the Jira instance in ServiceNow and that the spoke is able to communicate with Jira. Also, ensure that the Jira instance has the necessary projects and issue types set up that you want to create issues for in ServiceNow.
If the drop-down options are still not populated, try refreshing the connection between ServiceNow and Jira, or re-configuring the spoke.
Regarding the "dynamic action error" that you are receiving when you load the flow, it could be due to a number of reasons. Here are a few things to check:
-
Check the syntax and configuration of any dynamic actions that you have added to the flow. Make sure that they are correctly configured and not causing any errors.
-
Check the flow logs for any error messages that may give more details about the issue.
-
Verify that the credentials used to connect to Jira in the spoke are correct and have sufficient permissions to create issues.
