Hello @GlideFather ,
The requirement was fulfilled by cloning the existing Article widget and retrieving the policy “Valid From” and “Valid To” dates using a GlideRecord in the widget’s server-side script. The cloned widget was then added to the sn_km_portal application portal page to display the required information.

Hi @Aditya_hublikar,
there will most likely be this widget:
https://yourinstance.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=sp_widget.do?sys_id=a47ea1cb0b9432004ce28ffe15673a5b
Definitely DON't modify this!! rather duplicate, make the changes to that duplicate and replace it on Portal/ESC.
But what is the goal of this? If an article has Valid to in the past, then it will not be displayed... and for a reader does it matter if it is valid until 31.12.2026 or 3.4.2027? I mean is it really worthy the efforts?
EDIT: I checked the system properties but it doesn't seen that any relevant one would exist for this.

Hello @GlideFather ,
I already tried this also ,by cloning that widget
But when im trying to add that widget in that page i getting error like
This page is in the sn_km_portal application, but Global is your current application
so im not able to do that .
So temperory i write one BR Like
By this BR valid from date is getting but in article body not in article header .
My Requirnment is like Users know the date the Policy KB becomes effective

the error is clear: "This page is in the sn_km_portal application, but Global is your current application".
You have selected global scope but the record is not in global but SN KM Portal, so you need to switch the scope 🙂
What you are trying will not be easy and I would strongly discourage you from doing it... as said, the valid to takes care of this, if it is not valid, then it's not displayed. And is it really that important for a reader to know until when it will be valid? I believe that what's important is that it is valid NOW when I read it, why do I need to know if it will be valid in next month or next year? I read it now...
I don't understand your requirement and I think it's overkill, taking too much efforts for zero or low beenfits :((
