KB article configuration

Hello Community,

This above article is created by publishing one policy . I have one requirnment i want to show valid from and valid to date of policy from that policy record in highlighted area of kb article . will  you please help in configuring these requirnment .

@Aditya_hublikar I know it's not your idea... but a part of our job is to sometimes say no and to protect our clients from themselves ;)) try to explain to them that it will be super difficult and the gains will be minimal.

Hello @GlideFather ,

The requirement was fulfilled by cloning the existing Article widget and retrieving the policy “Valid From” and “Valid To” dates using a GlideRecord in the widget’s server-side script. The cloned widget was then added to the sn_km_portal application portal page to display the required information.
