KB article retire workflow is getting triggered by admin itself

Hello Community, 

I have created custom retire Knowledge workflow.

In lower instance , these are working fine ( getting triggered only one , retire button is clicked) but in prod these workflow is automatically triggered although the valid to day is after today days.

Please guide apart from BR where can I check that how this retire workflow is triggered even though retire button is not clicked.

Answer : There was Scheduled Script Execution running which was triggering the workflow.
