Hello All,
Whenever any user publishes a KB Article, a rejection email is sent at first, and then the approval process takes place. If the KB article receives the required approval, the article is then published.
However, at the start, when we create a KB article before the approval process, a rejection email is being sent. This should not happen. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?
