Hi,
Can anyone tell me how can I keep track of users like which user has access to which application (Currently my organization is giving access to 130+ applications like zoom etc.) so in ServiceNow where we can keep track of application access for these users?

Hi Rishabh,
Currently we are importing Active Directory groups into ServiceNow nightly. For our services (applications) we've created a 'access granted by:grants access to' relationship type so:
AD Group --grants access to:access granted by-->My Application/service
If there is a more elegant OOTB solution I would be interested to hear about it

Hi
You can report on events table in Servicenow(System Logs->Events)
For example events like "logins user.view, report.view" are tracked in events table.
Mark my answer correct & Helpful, if Applicable.
Thanks,
Sandeep

using entitlements, all those applications would be software models, and you would be using entitlements for the license
