First: you are on the ServiceNow community. SNOW is a completely different platform than ServiceNow. You can integrate them, but that's it.
Assuming you are talking about ServiceNow: please share the code that you need to be fixed. You are sharing a requirement that only tells us that something isn't working. It doesn't tell us what isn't working (the code) and it doesn't tell us what it does (actual result). We only know that you have a link that isn't pointing to the article. What does it point to?
Also: what notification are we talking about? I assume it's one that is on the kb_knowledge table, but if not, the script maybe even more complex.
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.
