Knowledge Feedback Task is going to Default Assignee

Hello Team,

Whenever I am submitting the Knowledge Feedback Task.
The Task is assigning to Particular Knowledge Group Default Assignee.

But the Requirement is The Assigned to needs to be Empty

Created Client Script:

Please Help me to achieve this.

When A Knowledge feedback Task is submitted , Then It should go to "Knowledge Management Group" and Assigned to Should be Empty.

But In assigned to It is Taking Knowledge Management Group Default Assignee

 

Hi @sayan-ghosh 

 

Instead of Client script, please create a after insert BR on kb feedback table and try to clear the assigned to when assignment group is "Knowledge Management Group".

When to run condition should be Assignment group is "Knowledge Management Group".

 

Please test it on non prod instance once.

Still Taking the Knowledge Group Default Assignee

It should be After BR, can you please try that?
