Australia upgrade - knowledge Feedback task type for “knowledge gap - manual” cannot be saved

When creating a knowledge feedback task type “knowledge gap - manual” in the agent workspace , the button “save” is missing from the form

Hi @Amrink ,

 

  • Make Sure User has correct role.
  • Check Create ACL on knowledge Feedback task , it that ACL is pertained it to any ACL role, make sure user has that role.
