Whenever I am submitting the Knowledge Feedback Task.
The Task is assigning to Particular Knowledge Group Default Assignee.
But the Requirement is The Assigned to needs to be Empty

In this case you have to modify the assignment rule where it is autopopulate by default
Please follow below process
Filter navigator >system policy> assignment>knowledge feedback task assignment > go to script and comment out the line line that set assigned to field like bellow
