Knowledge - Linking Imported Translations

Hello

 

We use Machine Translation to translate every article into Welsh. This means that the articles are linked and it is possible to 'toggle' between them from either the English or Welsh version of the article. However, we are receiving some requests to not use Machine Translation and that people will provide their own translations. 

 

It seems possible to do this by using the New button on the Translated Versions tab and creating an article from scratch within ServiceNow but is there any way of doing this with the Import Articles feature so someone could upload a Word document as a translation (thus uploading a correctly formatted version rather than trying to copy and paste. The only workaround I can think for this at the moment would be to use the Related Articles tab and enter the number there so the corresponding article would be visible on the page.

Thanks James - just realised we already have the Translated From field on our knowledge form so we can do it that way.
