I have a story to implement on knowledge management. The requirement is:
As the knowledge process owner, I would like to be able to have knowledge articles translated into [list of languages], so that I can serve knowledge to all my users who speak those languages.
Given I am a knowledge author, when I create an article, then I have the ability to request translation to languages [list of languages].

How to implement this and test?
