Good Morning,
I applied to Knowledge-Instant Publish Workflow to my It knowledge base but when i created an article for it it is not automaticlly Published i have to manually open the article and Publish it.Screenshots are attached below kindly look forward.Thank You!

That is expected behavior. Instant publish means no approval is required, but you still need to click the publish button manually.
