ldap issue, ldap is working withour mid server configuration but not working with mid server configuration

without mid server connection is successfull

with mid server connect is giving this error "ldap://server name:port/ LDAP connection has been closed"

when I look at ecc queue it is giving me this error "ERR_CODE=10000,ERR_MSG=LDAP connection has been closed"

Hi

if it's working without MID server, why do you want to do it with MID server?

And to answer your question:
To narrow down the issue, you should first try the connection on the MID server host with the help of any LDAP browser tool. My assumption is, that LDAP is blocking connections from networks which are not configured accordingly.

I checked SSL certificate checkbox added SSL certificate and used that instead of mid server as this was the way we needed
