Our LDAP listener is inactive, however the test of the connection is successful.
I am seeing the current listener status is inactive in the System LDAP - LDAP Monitor page. We thought it was working fine, but it looks to me like it hasn't been working for longer than we thought.

Hello Serigu
I have come across the same error today. When I check the LDAP monitor, the Current status shows as 'Inactive'.
I followed your steps above and went to the LDAP server we are using, but the 'Listener' box is checked which I can see, but the status still shows inactive. Any thoughts?
Regards!

If you are using a mid server, make sure your mid server is updated or just terminate the service and reload it.

Hello!
Has anyone seen the status of Inactive (Starting) for the LDAP Listener? If so, does it ever go into active or should something be done?
