Phase 1: Get the Basics (Week 1-2)
Start with ServiceNow's Free Online Courses on their official learning platform

Watch YouTube tutorials on ITSM fundamentals
Understand what ITSM is all about (Incident, Change, Problem, Request management)
Phase 2: Hands-On Practice (Week 3-4)

Create dummy tickets and practice workflows
Phase 3: Deep Dive into Modules (Week 5-8)
Incident Management - Handling and resolving issues
Change Management - Managing changes safely
Problem Management - Finding root causes
Service Request - Fulfilling user requests
