Licensing requirement for ‘Employee Center’ UI design based on profile/persona

Is ‘Employee Center’ UI design based on profile/persona available with ITSM Standard licensing or ITSM Pro is required for this?

Hi Alka,

I believe it is available with ITSM as well. But it is always recommended to check this with your ServiceNow Account Manager to avoid any surprises.  Also there might be few basic features available with itsm and more with pro.

Sure.

If you open https://www.servicenow.com/products/itsm.html and scroll down to the capabilities, you will see different products listed and it shows what is include din ITSM & ITSM pro and what is only with ITSM PRO (eg, Virtual Agent).
