I need to link inci/req to interaction, when inc / req closes associate interaction record should close, in service operations workspace, how can we achieve, what is the process we follow

1. Navigate to All > Service Operations Workspace > Configurations.
2. Select Interaction Management.
3. Toggle the Close Interaction when linked Incident is resolved option.
