Hi Everyone,
In the list view of a table when I do configure --> List layout and select the columns what to be shown, it is not reflecting globally. When I impersonate other user, I see unwanted columns also.
Also, it is showing this below message:
You have personalized this list with list mechanic you will not see the changes here until your personal list is reset to column defaults.
SO, can some one let me know how to show the changes made in the list view globally
Regards,
Sravanthi

Hi
Yes, this can be done by following below steps:
1) Once you have set the List layout by configuring it . You also need to remove the preference which are set by each individual users which if present will not allow your List layout columns to be applied for all.
Type in "sys_ui_list.LIST" in Application navigator menu as shown below:
2) Now say you want to do it for Incident Table so filter the Incident table as for example shown below:
3) Now Put another filter where User Is Not Empty as shown below on the same Incident Table:
4) Final step will be to Delete these records for that particular Table. You can add a view filter as well if you want to do it for a specific view if.
You can select all the records and delete it from List view as shown below:
Once you have deleted it, it will reset the list layout as to what you want for all the users.
Hope this helps. Please mark the answer as correct/helpful based on impact.

Hello Sravanthi,
It is not possible to reset default list view like that, user has to reset this manually. Mark my answer as correct or hit like based on impact.

Hi Sravanthi,
You can create view instead of adding fields via form layout.
