Navigate to problem list view. Keep the 'Business duration' field visible. Try Export it to Excel. Display value of Business duration is in Month/Days/Hours. But in the export, it gives as secs.
Hope this issue apply with Incident, change..etc (as this field from Parent - Task table )
Is this possible to export to excel as display value?
